Letter From D. T. Bartlett Regarding Capture of Four Federal Officers.

D. T. Bartlett, of Blue Mountain, Miss, writes of the capture of four Federal officers belonging to a dispatch boat name John Quill near the Cooper River, in South Carolina, in 1865, and would like to know if they are still living. He wants to hear from them.
